How long does it take to receive the tires?
Delivery generally takes 24/48 working hours. All orders placed by 12:00 PM are processed and handed over to the courier on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are handed over to the courier on the next working day (in this case, delivery times should be calculated starting from the following day). Note: For some specific models, delivery times may be slightly longer: the exact timing is always indicated on the product page and confirmed at checkout. Deliveries to islands and remote areas may require an additional 1-2 days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free, with no hidden or additional costs.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking code and the link to track your shipment in real time until delivery.
Selection and Compatibility
How do I know if the tire is compatible with my car?
It is essential to verify that the tire size is listed and approved on your car's registration document, or you can check the numbers on the sidewall of the tires currently installed on your vehicle.
What do the numbers in a tire size mean (e.g. 205/55 R16)?
These numbers indicate the exact dimensions of the tire: 205 = Tread width in millimeters. 55 = Sidewall height (expressed as a percentage of the width). R = Radial structure of the tire. 16 = Rim diameter in inches.
What do the load and speed ratings indicate?
Load index (e.g. 91): Indicates the maximum weight each individual tyre can support. It must be equal to or higher than the one indicated in the vehicle registration document. Speed index (e.g. V): Indicates the maximum speed for which the tyre is approved. This too must comply with the vehicle registration document.
Can I choose a speed or load index different from the one on the car's registration document?
Yes, but only if higher. It is permitted to fit tires with load or speed ratings equal to or greater than those specified in the vehicle's registration document. It is never permitted to choose a lower rating (the only exception concerns speed ratings for winter tires only, during the cold season, according to current regulations).
What's the difference between Summer, Winter, and All-Season tires?
Summer: Offer maximum performance and safety at temperatures above 7°C. Winter: Designed with specific compounds and grooves to ensure grip in cold weather, on ice and snow (below 7°C). All Season: A very versatile intermediate solution, ideal for those living in areas with a mild climate and who want to use the same set of tires all year round, while still complying with winter regulations.

What is the DOT and how "fresh" are your tires?
The DOT is a code on the tire sidewall that indicates the week and year of production (e.g., 2424 means the tire was manufactured in the 24th week of 2024). We guarantee that all tires sold in our store are factory new, stored in suitable warehouses, and have never been mounted before.
Are the tires covered by warranty?
Absolutely. All our tires are covered by the 24-month legal warranty for defects of conformity, as per current regulations. Furthermore, many brands offer even more advantageous commercial warranty conditions directly from the manufacturer. Our customer service is always available to assist you if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely by choosing from the following methods: Credit / Debit Card, PayPal, Klarna (Pay in 3 interest-free installments), Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (Payment in cash upon delivery).
Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes, you have the right to return the tires within 14 days of receipt if you made a mistake during the order or if you changed your mind. The returned tires must not have been mounted or used. Contact our customer support and we will explain how to proceed.
